The technical cookie name may continue to use the word “member” even though the customer service is now described as a Monthly Pass rather than a membership.

Booking and Monthly Pass services

  • allow customers to update booking information;

  • manage Monthly Pass arrangements;

  • support temporary or permanent venue changes;

  • maintain security; and

  • prevent unauthorised access.

Where these technologies are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user, they are not used for advertising or behavioural tracking.

Payments and Stripe

Pay As You Go payments and recurring Monthly Pass payments are processed through Stripe.

When you use Stripe Checkout or Stripe's customer or billing portal, Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies that are necessary for:

  • payment processing;

  • fraud detection;

  • authentication;

  • security; and

  • remembering information required during the checkout process.

Stripe operates these technologies under its own privacy and cookie terms.

Complete payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not normally available to The Curious Club.

Historic Ticket Tailor services

The Curious Club previously used Ticket Tailor for event bookings.

Some historic booking records or older links may relate to Ticket Tailor.

If you visit a Ticket Tailor page, Ticket Tailor may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie policies.

New Curious Club bookings are handled through our own booking system rather than Ticket Tailor.

Your choices
